March
The end of third quarter reminds us that we have to prepare for the approaching end of the year. Your child will take several assessments in order for us to know exactly where they stand academically. Students take different assessments at each grade level. To name a few we administer: Star Test, Writing Assessments, Rigby Reads, and the Rigby. Teachers also get information from AR, their guided reading, assignments, and working with your child daily. There are 3 after school Literacy workshops scheduled for teachers.

- Due to over crowding we are not able to move the offices to the main entrance. This was the plan for better security. A 2nd Grade classroom will be added there. Due to the increasing numbers, a 3rd and 4th grade classroom are planned to be added for the 07-08 school year. These rooms will be within the current building, not additions.
