Parents can access student records through the web
To obtain Parent Portal access, a parent must fill out and sign a form that states they wish to access their children's school records that are available online. To insure the privacy of records, it is necessary that parent(s) complete this form at the Principal's office IN PERSON. Parents may have a home and work email address.

The Parent Portal (new link for 2010) allows parents to log-in through the school’s website and view information about their students. Each parent access requires a unique User ID and password for each student. This information will be sent to you by email. User IDs are always your email address and a password that is randomly generated. The password will have 2 letters and 6 digits. You will not be able to change this password.
You, and only you, (unless you give the password to someone else) can then view the information about your child’s course assignments, current day attendance, attendance history, grades (current year and transcript), teacher grade book (when in use), and lunch balances and lunch daily history.
This parent access program is written in a machine language that protects the integrity of the data. No one else can directly access or see the source of this data. Only a person that knows the Parent User ID and password can get access to the student records data.
